South Korea Summit 2024 Business Mission

In a key effort to strengthen international trade relations, the Slovak Agency for the Development of Investments and Trade, known as SARIO, together with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic and the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Seoul, organizes an extensive business mission to South Korea.

This initiative, scheduled from May 13th to May 14th, 2024, is set against the vibrant backdrops of Seoul and Ulsan.

A Strategic Endeavor

The mission aligns with the official visit of the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the SR, Juraj Blanár, and presents a prime opportunity for Slovak entities, including CAMAN, to showcase their cutting-edge services and products while forging invaluable contacts within the dynamic Korean market.

Participants, including prominent Slovak companies and academic leaders, are invited to engage in a series of targeted B2B meetings, exploring potentials for cooperation and investment in one of Asia’s leading economies.

Focus and Vision

Emphasizing sectors such as automation, robotization across various industries including healthcare, IT solutions, AI, industry 4.0, and innovations in industry and energy, the mission aims to position Slovakia as an attractive destination for innovation and investment.

Additional discussions will delve into the automotive industry, new mobility solutions, and the facilitation of joint ventures and investments, highlighting Slovakia’s commitment to being at the top of technological advancement and economic cooperation.

Program Highlights

The agenda is meticulously structured to maximize engagement and outcome, featuring CAMAN among other leading firms:

Day 1: B2B meetings hosted at the Slovak Embassy in Seoul, a visit to the Korean Chamber of Commerce, and joint lunch and dinner engagements.

Day 2: Travel to Ulsan for the opening of the honorary consulate, further B2B meetings, and a visit to Hyundai.
